That's really weird- you might have a virus or trojan horse, or some sort of spyware on your computer. Try this:

Start->Run and type regedit

Go to HKEY_USERS��.DEFAULT��Software��Policies��Microsoft��Internet Explorer��Control Panel

and in the right hand side double click on SecurityTab and change the Value data from 1 to 0

or just delete the key.

Then download Spybot Search & Destroy if that works and also make sure your antivirus is working and has the latest updates. Then scan all your files and see if anything is found.

Mad i did a complet dump of my system and reloaded all the softwear now when i try to download and yhing from the net i get a security alert message that reads

your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.

so when i go to change the security settings in internet options the is no security tab only general, privacy, content, connection, programs, and advance.

i'm running win98se and explorer6.1

i would be greatful for any info on how to correct this!!
