My computer stoped working on me, I think the motherboard went out (it had close to 10,000 hours on it).
I had to get out an older computer that I had sitting here that had a few problems with it and try to get it working. I replaced the hard drive and some cables in it, as well as the modem. Then I installed Windows XP and got it running. It didn't have any sound though, and the picture sucks. I found the sound driver in the windows updates, and got that problem fixed. But, the problem is, I can not find the video driver......
The video card that I have is:
Qvision 2000 (part number 148260-001)
This is distributed by Compaq from what I have been able to find (I have been searching now for hours). Qvision is a company that from what I can see has gone out of business. (the only listing for their site I have found is shut down).
What I need, is a driver that will work with XP for this card. I don't care if its original (or even the correct driver) as long as my picture becomes better, right now I am working with only 16 colors and everything is huge on my screen.
Does anyone know where I can find this driver, or one that will work for it????
Thanks in advance for your help on this matter.
