Sounds like it might be an issue w/ the USB if you are using the USB connection for your wireless keyboard.... See if there is an update for the BIOS of your motherboard and also the driver for your keyboard. An if you can try using a USB-to-PS2 adaptor for your keyboard- most keyboards come w/ it.
keyboard doesnt work after hibernation
