Cannot see cinematics

Have you installed the latest version of

DirectX?

Also try to get the latest version of your video card drivers.

Hi,

When I play warcraft III, I can hear the cinematics but I cannot see them. It turns out that my WinDVD player does the same thing, I can hear the movie but there's no picture. I wish I could tell you what I did last but I don't know when it happend.
