Registry Cleaner?

Check out this Registry cleaner review page kimobear:

The only thing is that it's dated in June of 2004, so it's not the most up-to-date.

Any suggestions about what program to use to clean the registry in WinXP and Vista? I used to use norton systemworks years ago, but as David said, it used too much resources and I have not used it since.
